HP Pavilion Gaming 16-a0000 Laptop PC (9EK05AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I found the problem with my notebook HP Pawilon. Problem occured about week ago, when I was looking on the net and suddenly the black screen occured. When I shut down the notebook holding the power button and then power it again, the screen light up, while I heard the fans rapidly accelerating and then shutting down while the screen remained black with only power button being lighten up.
I tried many times to boot him up, but with no success. 3 days later the laptop started working again, I managed to look for problems with the windows but the troubleshooting found no errors. But the problem occured again, randomly while watching video on youtube. The screen remains black with the fans working for about 0,5s while powering up the notebook.
Do you have any idea while the problem occures?

Hi @Natcwi16,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Have you made any changes to your software or hardware on the computer?

Update the Bios and see if that helps: Click here

Also, refer to this document and follow the instructions. If this does not work, then the unit might need service.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
