Product: hp probook

Hello Everyone,

 

first of all,  Happy Newyear to all of you !

 

I have a HP Probook 430 G6 and out of the blue the fingerprint scanner don't reconize my finger anymore.

so when I boot the only screen I get is the fingerprint or password window,  I never use a password as far as I know.

 

I can't get into the boot menu or safe modus, just nothing only the fingerprint screen appears when I push the power on switch.

somebody who knows a solution ?   Sorry for my bad englisch
