HP Probook 450 touchpad freezes

ProBook 450
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My touchpad keeps freezing and it's really annoying.  It just stops working for a minute or two and the pointer can't be moved but I can scroll down and up using arrows. Can it be fixed?  Driver date is 25.10.2013 and driver version is 17.0.18.8.

HP Probook 450 touchpad freezes

Dule.

I just checked all 3 and they all have the same driver.

It is the one you have installed.

The only thing I can think of to do is go to device manager and uninstall the driver reboot and install it again.

Sorry wish I could be of more help.

I have the same problem. Also G1, but the updated drivers (19.0.12). Haven't found the solution yet. However, my freezes last for a few seconds - not so long as yours, dule.
