Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Good afternoon, 

 

I just received a new HP laptop model RTL8852, when I opened the laptop I looked a home screen and the battery said it was at 9% so I plugged it in and left in overnight. This morning when I opened the laptop it said battery low 6% and turned off. I have checked the ac source, power cords and plug into the laptop and all appear to be good (it should it is all new). When the power cord is plugged in there is NO light at the port so it is apparently not connecting for some reason.

 

Please advise

model RTL8852 is an invalid model. What is it ?  Please use the following way to find out:
