HP Spectre x360 13-4007na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

first thanks all for your time and help.  I have been looking for a solution for this allover the forum, so far I have come accross similar cases were a capacitor (located under a sticker) has burned on the motherboard, in my case it looks like the power port connector might have burn (end connecting the the motherboard).  As in the other cases, I also purchased my Spectre mid 2015 fully loaded with extended warraty (which just runout las summer, UK).  I am VERY surprised, to say the less, that something like this happens to laptop that was far from cheap, had high reviews and did not last 4 years.  I have two Dell Latitudes with lowe specs (i5) that are 6/7 years old, same usage for most of the time, and they never had a problem at all.

As this HP Spectre 13-4007na is out of waranty, I guess I'm on my own on this, and I was wondering if anyone can point me to where I might be able to find a motherboard to fix this laptop and move away from it as fast as possible to a quality brand.

thanks.
