Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop won't turn on when I hit the power (no lights, fans, or anything). The only sign of life is that the power light turns white when plugged in. Any thoughts?

I am sorry for the issues you experience with your HP computer.

 

 

Please, review this HP official article about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:

If you did try everything but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one.
