HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows won't start. I get the following message: "Boot Device not Found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard disk - (3F0)." 

I tried resetting to 'default settings' in BIOS Setup Utility - no change. HP virtual assistant recommends looking for Optane memory under 'configuration' tab but I could not detect it (I'm sure my laptop has Optane memory). HP virtual assistant now recommends checking for loose hard drive connection and reseat it if loose. Have not tried this yet.
