HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac003na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since last night the Laptop will not shutdown.  It reboots itself on every power option.  All drivers are updated, All Windows updates are done, Gone through the articles on scanning and fixing files and still it won't shutdown.  I swapped to HP from Lenovo as the Lenovo died with a GPU failure, but the Spectre may as well be a brick if it has to be on until the battery dies

So an update, after a few days of letting the Laptop run out of power in an endless cycle I eventually received another Windows 10 Update, this seems to have cleaned up the issue in that currently I can shut down and it stays off, go Microsoft!

Hi, @lotushope someone else had an issue similar to yours here.

It could most likely be a hardware problem and it may have something to do with your motherboard. If your warranty is still valid, you can contact HP Support so they can have it repaired or you can take your laptop to a technician for repairs.
