Product: Spectre 360 1VW22AV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP Spectre 360 was working and charging fine until last week when I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. I thought maybe the battery had died since it had been about a month since I last used it - so I plugged it in and nothing - it won't charge or boot. I've tried multiple outlets in the house, bought a new power cord and tried that, tired hard resets and multiple troubleshooting guides to get it going. Nothing. It won't charge it won't boot. I've seen it could be a motherboard issue as others have said on the forums...
