HP Spectre Folio wont turn on

Spectre Folio 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wife has a spectre folio 13t, she went to turn it on and it wouldn't make it passed the hp logo. We tried to do the hard reset and now it wont show the logo at all the screen doesnt turn on. The caps lock button just blinks slow five times and then three times really quickly

I understand that the laptop will not turn on.

 

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Or you can conatct the local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
