Product: HP Spectre 5cd021cg1p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Spectre laptop shows black screen, even when keyboard is lit up and seems power is on, I powered it off and turns off /on. I checked diagnostics, press F2/F9/F10 nothing happens. 

My laptop is still showing black screen  even though it looks like the power is on, I press the power button off, it turns off for 3 seconds and it turns back on. I cannot seem to power the screen back. Any help is deeply appreciated. I am on hold with technical support now for about 15mins. I really need help.
