Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-4116dx (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have had my HP Spectre x360 - 13-4116dx (ENERGY STAR) for 3 years now. No problems whatsoever.

Suddenly it stopped charging and now is completely unresponsive.

 

Have tried hard reset , full night charge etc etc .. 

Can anyone help ?

I see the unit does not power up and charge, I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

This looks like a hardware issue.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
