HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac063dx

My motherboard burned out.  I read that there was a recall for motherboards in Spectra x360.  Is this true and what steps do I need to take to get it replaced?

As per our knowledge there is no recall on this model. Hoever you can check going to this website.

 

Steps to Determine if Your HP Spectre x360 is Part of a Recall:

Check HP's Official Recall Page: click here

  • HP has a dedicated page for product recalls. To see if your model is included in a recall, visit the HP Product Recall & Safety Notices page and search for your laptop model (HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac063dx).
  • If your model is affected, you'll find details on how to get a replacement or repair.
