Hello,

 

Just have the laptop for 1 day and I updated/installed all the suggested drivers and BIOS from the HP assistant. After going to sleeping mode, I cant turn it on. The LEDS are blinking and the hard reset didnt work.

How can I solve this issue?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Since the issue persists after the Hard Reset this sounds like a Hardware issue

 

You can contact HP Support in your region for Service Options or contact the store you purchased it from for a replacement since it's brand new

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
