Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl112dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can the BIOS for a HP Spectre x360 - 15 -bl112dx be upgraded from the F.43 version to the F.68 version?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue on the same machine. When trying to update the BIOS it says it is blocked on my device.

 

Have tried uninstalling antivirus, turning off Windows firewall, turning off Windows virus prevention, clearing internet cache, deleting temporary files, and rebooting, but so far nothing has worked.

 

Would like to figure out how to fix this because I have spent way too long trying to update BIOS, which should be simple.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I see that you want to update BIOS on your system. I checked the details and I see that the latest version of BIOS of your system is F.43 Rev.A

Bios in update for hp 15bl112dx is F.68 but cant update it. This situation is few months and prev update f.43 is in so what should we to do?

I believe that F.43 is not the latest version of the BIOS. Using the link you provided, there is a newer BIOS, F.69, that was released in May of 2022.
