HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

HP Spectre x360 15-eb0xxxx BSOD web stream chrome problem. New, fresh installed W11 (23H2) with latest GPU drivers (Intel&Nvidia). UEFI hw diagnostic from HP shows no HW failure (full diagnostic all elements twice)

If I have opened a simple tab in Chrome and open a stream page (from videa.hu, indavideo.hu),

BSOD occurs after a few min. Only with Chrome, if I use Mozilla there are no issues. (Tested on battery mode if it does matter)

I'm just wondering how is it possible, a simple video stream leads to BSOD.

In the eventviewer I can see the report, and minidump is created, but I have no clue how to solve it, it can be a Chrome failure or any kind of HW failure maybe?

(If I use the Chrome for eg: Zoom videos, it can be played without any issues for hours)

Do you have any idea maybe for these kind of web based videos, streams issues?
