My HP - Spectre x360 just died suddenly. I run a small business, bought 2 of them for special client presentations at office. Hardly used the laptop, no more than 30 times in 2 years.
It just wont come on. Tried using switching plugs, charging leads etc.
The premium laptop cost over $1,300 each!! unacceptable. Just checked, loads of people have the same problem with the HP Spectre x360. I am using a 7 year old standard HP Pavilion laptop - got no problems with it.
This product is not fit for purpose. HP cannot be allowed to get away with this, charging customers for an inferior "premium" product.
It is a 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive
Someone at HP, please get in touch with solution ASAP!! It stopping me from work as a small 3 person business!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
