I know nothing about computers so I’m coming here in hopes to repair my PC. I purchased the HP Stream 11 (refurbished) and immediately had to send it back due to it having issues, going too slow and barely working. They sent me a whole new one and it’s worked fine for a couple months. I’ve had ZERO issues with this one. But today randomly after working fine all day, in the middle of me using it it popped up with a page saying “we have noticed an error on your system and windows will now restart to fix this error.” It said my pc would restart afterward. It took about 2 minutes and ten shut off....it would then NOT turn back on. The power button was working, the charging light was on so I figured it may have died somehow. But no, it would NOT manually restart. It wouldn’t turn on and the screen was black. I searched some ways to DIY restart it and it finally restarted and the HP logo screen came up. But that screen automatically loads and then goes black. The screen seemed to follow the HP logo screen with a flash several times with vague white lines and then cuts off again. I have no idea what to do? F11 option doesn’t seem to work and when I try to repair it says “cannot repair”. F2 diagnostics passed for both. Power button is even on now but won’t work!?!? Is it the screen?! Is there a virus??! Help please!!
