HP stream 14-ax050sa
Unknown

The laptop will not boot up, screen stays blank and the caps look white light blinks 3 slow then 2 fast. I have done all the usual re sets with no fix. I believe this is something to do with the RAM memory board. I have installed 4GB PC3L-12800S-11-13-B3(replacement part no 691740-006). Is this the part to replace? also can this be upgraded to 8GB?
