Product: HP Stream 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently used my income tax return to purchase an HP Stream laptop from a local pawn shop. Unfortunatley, I did not thoroughly check the laptop before I purchased it, and when I turn the laptop on it says "Enter Adminstrator Password or Power on Password". After discovering this issue, I contacted the shop and they informed me all items are sold as is, and I should have done a better job of checking it out before I bought it. Needless to say I was furious, but now I am stuck with this laptop I cannot do anything with. I have tried almost every password I can think of but to no avail. After I enter three incorrect passwords, I get the message "System Disabled [i 84297000]. 

 

If someone could please help me find a way to disable this password I would be most appreciative.
