I decided to add ram to my laptop. I added ddr4 ram that I was informed would work. Now my computer doesn't turn on and caps lock blinking over and over 3 times slow and 2 times fast. I removed the new ram hoping that would fix it but it still doesn't work and does the same thing. I think it may have something to do with the bios but I can't find a download or anything. Any help is appreciated.

During the process, you may damage RAM slots physically.  Please carefully insert old RAM as it was and boot again first

I tried that before and I still have the same problem. I removed the new ram and kept the old one in place and nothing changed.
