Product: HP Elitebook 840 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two Hp Elite books and was swapping ssd’s in one of them and then one day when I plugged it in it still worked but the charging led never came on but and then the laptop died. When I took the battery from the other one and put it in the not charging one it booted up fine but didn’t charge. Any Ideas on why this is happening?
