Hello, I have a problem with my HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptop with an i7-6500U processor. Initially, it stopped charging the battery, so I decided to remove the battery. However, now the laptop won't turn on. When I connect it to power, it shows an error, and if I hold down the power button, it also gives me an error. I've tried resetting the CMOS and reseating the RAM, but the issue persists. I'm particularly interested in understanding the meaning of the error indicated by 4 red and 4 white lights on the charging indicator. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

PS. I removed the hard drive and the battery. Regardless of the power source, the error remains the same.

Update: When I left the laptop plugged in for a longer period, it flashes red.
