HP Recommended

I have two identical hp envy 360 convertible laptops. It has been 1 year since I started using them. But the last two days, the power one stopped working in both laptops. But again,  when I try after some time, it works. The OS of the two laptops is Ubuntu and Windows. There is no visible physical damage (at least externally.)

 

Can anyone help me on this case?
