HP g72-b10em stopped working


Hello, my laptop's screen just randomly stopped working a few days ago and I had to use an external monitor to work on it. Now even thast doesnt work anymore, the computer just goes straight to sleep mode or whatever when I turn it on so I cant get anything on screen, and sometimes it even shows D sub out of range.

I understand that the laptop will not boot.


Please attempt the below steps: 


Perform a hard reset 


Attempt a BIOS recovery 


you could attempt to access the safe mode: click here for details. 


The only other steps to resolve the issue would be to: 


Remove and reseat the memory modules 


To perform a recovery: Click here 


Please create a data backup prior to resetting windows.
