Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is kind of long but I'll try to make it as short as a can.

It all started when my computer froze up while doing something on my laptop, I restart and I get a back screen, after restarting several times the computer shows the hp logo start up thing but with text that says "starting automatic fixing???", I don't know, I don't remember. The fixing thing took forever and never started, it just stayed on a blank screen. Then after a few restarts, it shows an error that says "The selected boot device failed, press enter to continue.", after trying to fix it I get a 3fo hard disk error, after that some other errors I don't remember. I've tried every solution I can do without erasing my data, and I'm still getting the same errors over an over again.

Someone please help me with this, I don't want to lose 4 and a half years worth of data!

That's not the model number. You may check the model number with the help of the link here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Also, here is a link that will help you resolve the error issue you are getting: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3053911-2842957-16
