HP laptop not starting, blinking caps/num lock led

Compaq Presario CQ40-620
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So i was using the laptop when it started to slow everything, so i decided to restart, the restart windows prompted and suddendly the screen went black, like it was going to shutdown.

Turn it on again but now have black screen, i only hear the fan and i have blinking LEDs in CAP/NUM blocks blinking, they are continuously blinking and dont know what it could be, tried hard reset and bios restoratio but nothing worked, any help on what could it be?

Hi,

Please try a hard reset and see if it works.

1. Power off your laptop
2. Remove the a/c adapter, battery and everything that is attached to your laptop.
3. Hold the 'POWER 'button down on your laptop for about 10 seconds.
4. Plug in the a/c power supply (without battery) and power on.

Regards.
