HP Recommended

I have an HP laptop I got for Christmas a year ago. I installed Windows 11 yesterday, noticed it was running kind of funny, and went to restart it. Then I saw there was an update to install and chose the update and restart option.

Came back from the bathroom and found the laptop was completely off. Tried turning it on and while I can hear it being on, the screen is black and it doesn't respond to button presses or movements.

Tried starting and hard resets several times, no change. I'd like to avoid having to open it up if possible, but will if I have to. Thanks in advance.
