HP pavilion laptop Blank screen when powered on

I power it on and everything seems fine but the screen is just dark. Not like the screen went out but not loading. If I wait long enough a Q&R Code will show up for a short time and say contact HP stop code how do I fix thisAnd what does it mean?

Try getting to BIOS and let me know if the Notebook boots up to BIOS

Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep hitting on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu

If you are unable to get to BIOS, please contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
