HP Recommended

As stated in the title, my HP pavilion laptop won't boot. If I try turning it on like normal it will say it's preparing for automatic repair (or something along those lines) and then load into a black screen with the cursor. I tried the control alt delete thing from there (didn't work) I tried resetting the bios boot settings (didn't work) and I'm just trying to get it fixed. Any help is appreciated and if you need more details or videos and such feel free to ask.
