HP pavilion x360 not turning on

I used my laptop in normal member and shut it down. However when I tried switching it on after few hours when it was in charging, I saw there was no light burning on the laptop. When I pressed power button also, it did not turn on. Absolutely no power at all. 2-3times when I attempted to switch it on, i saw Orange lamp flashing and turning off. But laptop didn't started at all. Request help. My laptop is two years old but have not used it much.

@Anm1 f it's dead, there are a few ways to revive it, before we start working on the potions, here's a few questions i had:

Have you attempted to connect the device to an alternate power cord or adapter?

Or check with another wall outlet, excluding any surge protectors to check if it works?
