Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After installing new updates my screen is now frozen with a message:

Enabling trusted platform module (TPM) enhances the security on your device and is a requirement to upgrade your machine to window 11. Do you want to enable TPM

Press f1= agree  Press F2= Disagree

when I press either key the computer beeping  no change with the screen please help!!!

I had this screen on two different HP laptops--- apparently it came up after an automatic update.  For one we chose "F1" for the other we selected "F2".  Both laptops are now nonfunctional and only boot up to a black screen--- no windows.
