Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can not turn on my computer it is new. I bought it in January. Could you tell me what you do?

Contact HP for warranty service:

http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

You will need your Serial number for warranty. It should be in engraved in the bottom case along the back edge. If you still have the box it should be on it also.
