Sorry, but HP has reduced support staffing due to the pandemic, so it's harder to reach someone these days than it was in the past.
Also, HP has been hit with SCAMMERS that have been hijacking phone number to con folks out of money by claiming they are from HP and need to be paid to fix their failing PCs -- so HP does not allow us to post phone numbers anymoe.
