Product: HP Envy x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hi, I have a HP Envy x360 convertible laptop. Recently it has stopped working, blank screen says to reboot system and then says that windows failed to start: A recent hardware or software might be the cause. Just wondering on how to insert windows installation disc

@Amaya25 -- you either have:
- a hardware problem -- your disk-drive is failing, and needs to be replaced,
- a software problem -- the file-system on the disk-drive is mucked-up (imagine a public library with no method of searching for any book on any topic, or with "math" books merged with the "french" books.)
The latter type of problem is repairable. See: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
to download, for free, a copy of Windows 10.
If you boot your computer from this download, you can choose the "repair" option, to try a repair of the file-system.
