HP zBook G6 15 - "Power-on Authentication" but had never been set!

HP Recommended
zBook G6 15

Yesterday night I used my laptop without a problem. This morning I turned up my laptop and got the "Power-On Authentication" message. I had never set a BIOS password.  I tried "ESC," taken the battery, powered on without it, tried some fingers and possible passwords.  When select "password," it shows the name of my laptop  (RTMit-zBook) and "\defaultuser1".  I had never seen this message before, and now I can't use my laptop.  Your help will be greatly appreciated.
