HP 15G DR0008TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday, I was using my laptop... And suddenly the laptop shuts down (without system error messages). I tried to turn it back on but it didn't power on. I connected charging adapter (with fully functional Power Outlet) to the laptop but the charging indicator is not lighting up or giving any indications neither the laptop's harddisk or fans are spinning. The problem cannot be of low battery power as I had recently, then, almost full charged the laptop. Then, I was just using browser and Word, no other heavy task than this. The laptop is out of warranty. What can be the cause? Please help?

HP Notebooks and Mobile Workstations -
No Power, No Boot, No Display When Power Button Is Pressed

NOTE: Be sure the battery is installed in the computer and it has sufficient power before continuing. Due to the design of the Embedded Controller/Keyboard Controller, the power supply must be disconnected and the computer must be powered with battery power to reset the Embedded Controller/Keyboard Controller.

Unplug the AC power from the computer.
Press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds.
Release the power button (after at least 12 seconds).
The computer will power on and should boot normally after releasing the power button.
Re-connect the AC power to the computer.

NOTE: In case the battery is not charging after performing the steps to reset the Embedded Controller, unplug and re-plug in the AC power again.

Nothing is working. My laptop is just 1.5 yrs old. I was not carrying out any heavytask on the laptop. And While i was using my laptop, my laptop was not on AC Charging. Is there any chances of my Motherboard getting damaged or can it have serious problems so early after purchasing?

Hi

If the F2 Diagnostics do not work then I suggest you pay a professional to assess the PC.
