Hi!

Running a Hard Drive test I ran up to an error with Failure ID U7NCHT-85NBQW-XD7WHF-60W603. Could someone let me know what this means and if it can be solved easily?

Thanks,

Melvin

@MelvinFV,

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!

Please enter the Failure ID code, your Product number, Country/region of support, and Language of support in this link: HP Customer Support - Service Center, and you'll find the exact description of the error.

You can find your product number by typing system information in your Windows search bar, and by clicking on the System Information App.  Look to the right of "System SKU", copy that alphanumerical number and add "#ABE" (which signifies Spain).

Your failure ID most likely indicates a (pending) failure of your primary (boot) drive and needs to be replaced.  Please back up your files at your earliest convenience.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
