Hard Drive Issue

I  did a system extensive test and received the error Hard Drive Short DST Check : FAILED

FAILURE ID : Q8DB02-7T7AAG-MFPWMF-60TK03

PRODUCT ID : L0T32UA#ABA

Hard Drive 1- Primary HDD Bay*
System Extensive Test : FAILED 

Computer will not start and no longer under warranty what is the best way to fix this issue? Thanks!
