Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Notebook has refused to start up. It showed an error message (hard disk error) and further directed me to a system diagnostic test. This hard drive test subsequently failed, and I was given a failure ID. Please help me with solutions

Hi:

 

You will have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Consult the maintenance and service guide for your model notebook for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
