HP EliteBook 830 G5 Base Model Notebook PC

Basically I have an HP EliteBook 830 G5 Base Model Notebook PC and I am experiencing a boot looping issue meaning that after I bought it I used it 3 weeks then boom I displays the HP Logo with a slogan saying HP Sure Start and It won't open I tried to run any hardware and software tests on it but everything is fine after I installed the OS again and after that day the computer exhibits that moment every one or two weeks past. It has started it again. I have observed that this happens after a bios update but still not sure. I said bios update because the windows update just updates the bios and after a week or two boom problem starts. What shall I do? Any body that can help me please
