Hello,i have a problem with my HP laptop. it is a touchscreen, but the screen doesn't touch, the mouse doesn't work and also the keyboard does not works. can you please provide assistance, thank you.

Then, you need to connect a USB keyboard and when you next reboot it, press the Esc key repeatedly to see if you can get the HP startup menu and when that appears, press F2 to run diagnostics.
