HP Recommended

Hi am Martin i have a hp elitebook 820 G3 core i7 6th gen and the screen is not lighting up plus it has a steady white light at the power indicator, a blinking yellow and white light at the charging indicator and the caps lock is on,what could be the problem.please advice
