Hi everyone. My laptop won't turn on, and I've tried every troubleshooting tip I could find.

HP 15-ay000 Notebook PC series Serial number CND6356TNV
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The LED light by the charger port turns orange for about 4 seconds after I've plugged the AC adapter in, then it immediately turns white.

Hi there. The issue is that it won't turn on no matter what I try, but there is power as the LED light turns on and changes color... I did try to drain any residual electricity as well, but that didn't work...
