i need help with fixing my laptop. When I turn on my laptop it just turns on and then turns off. You can see the screen turn on but with no logo and just turns right back off. You can hear the fan goes on and off. I’ve tried everything. I’ve tried resetting it and it always says there’s a problem. I’ve tried to repair it and it couldn’t repair it. I’ve tried to removed the battery and hold down the power button for a minute but nothing works. Soon as I turn on the laptop. The screen turns on and then 2 or 3 seconds it turns off. It goes to black to gray and it just repeats. Please help. It’s been like this for months now.

It came with Windows 10 Home 64. Do you still use Windows 10 ? You can't boot to your machine therefore a quick fix now is to re-install Windows 10 using
https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
1. Create a bootable media DVD or USB (you have to use other computer from friends or relatives)
2. Reboot your machine using the media (created above),
3. Re-install Windows 10 and REMEMBER tick to keep all user data/files and programs.
4. Run Windows updates few times (not in one go) to update drivers.
At the end, may be 1 or 2 missing drivers, please post back.
Regards.
