My husband passed away and I do not know how to remove him as system administrator as I don’t know his password or have a USB or disk key. How do I reset the system administrator in this situation?

@Bings4Bonna

You have a basic misunderstanding of Windows accounts.  Your husband is not an Administrator; instead, he is a general class user with some Admin rights.  If you have the same kind of account, then you can go into Settings --> Accounts and remove your husband's account.  IF you only have a guest account, you can not do that.

As to the password problem, sorry, we are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.
