How does one come into contact with HP service depeartment? Day 2!

Hi,

 

My laptop is broken down.

A fatal error in Windows (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR)

 

During normal Windows operation, it suddenly froze, and displayed the above windows messag.

During a new boot it freezes up. I tried a dozen times. Sometimes I can come into the menu to repair in Windows, however it always ends up with a total freeze or the above message.

When running the HP tools <F2> it freezes up during the memory test.

I suspect a RAM problem.

 

I tried yesterday to contact HP via the Bot, which didn't work out

.Next via Whatsapp, and now about 20 hours later still no respons.

With a new try today, even the bot doesn't reply any more.

Is this my bad temper  or common HP behaviour?

Still under waranty, so I can wait a bit more, however do need this laptop for school work.

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
