Product: HP stream laptop 11-800xx

I tried to factory reset my system and every time I turn it on now it says please install operating system on your hard disk boot device not found hard disk 3f0 f2 system diagnostics for more information please visit www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup I am trying to get my computer back to normal what do I do

The Stream models can not do factory resets -- if you had come here BEFORE you forced that, we could have told you and spared you the problem you are now facing.

 

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
