After having reinstalled the OS on my PC, I get two users to choose from in the initial Power-On Authentication window, see screenshot below.

How do I get rid of the one of them that I don't use from this login window?

Hi WAWood,

Many thanks for the tip, but alas, my issue concerns the HP Power-On Authentication screen appearing before Windows 10 has started.

The two users I see on the HP P-O Auth. screen does not appear on the Windows login screen. So I gather the action I must take will be found outside the Windows Registry.
