I need to unlock HP BIOS InsydeH20 rev 5.0 Advanced options. Do you know of any other way to solve this annoying feature? I've tried the ways on Google but they didn't work. Thanks.

Basically -- you can't!  OEMS lock up the BIOS so folks can't get into the advanced settings and configure stuff to destabilize or otherwise damage the PC and then send it back for repair under warranty.

Thank you for giving me information. I have another question, my laptop is running 4GB of RAM (2400 MHz), now I'm adding an 8GB stick (2400 MHz), it will get the 12GB or 8GB. Or just adding a 4GB stick (2400 MHz). Thanks.
